Have you ever wondered about how getting sick makes your more distractible?

Hello my friends,

One day, I felt really tired at 5 pm. I was so exhausted that I fell asleep during a meeting. Normally, I might doze off during a boring meeting, but this was different. I was actually getting sick!

I ended up being sick for three whole days. I missed out on going on vacation and doing any work. All I could do was sleep and watch my favorite show, The Mandalorian.

There is a myth within leadership, entrepreneurship, and ADHDer communities that says, "you can have it all." We think that we can be great at our job, start our own businesses, and have fun all the time. We can see what can be done and believe we "should" be able to do it right now.

While you can be ANYTHING you want to be, you can't be everything

Instead, find what you love. Do that. Everything else doesn't matter.

Psychology Concept of the Week

Biopsychosocial model.

It says that there's never just one reason why we have medical or behavioral issues. Instead, it's usually a combination of things that happen over time. These things include our biology (how our body works), our personal history, and the different cultures we're a part of.
