Can your mindset make you lose it all?

I didn’t need good business. I needed a great one. Mindblowing success or nothing at all.

Every single day I took action - too many actions.

My days were spent checking my email and reworking my strategy. I had three business names in four months. I listened to podcasts/audiobooks on business/personal growth. I kept busy but I wasn’t doing the work.

Not being present means losing what matters

Originally my family supported my mission. Yet I expressed my worry frequently about lacking clients while making empty promises to them. They grew tired of my excuses and my preoccupation with work.

After years of constant busyness, I lost all motivation to grow my business. I was in tons of debt and lost my family.

Brute force and constant busyness never work for the long run

I reconnected with my real community. They reminded me to show up, be connected, and be who I was.

The root of this focused life is psychological flexibility. You need to learn to persist, pivot, and live with purpose. It's a science and an art.

These actions provide the strength and flexibility to focus.

Now, I have a life I love while daily changing lives and meeting amazing people.

I did, and so can you.
